I voted today---absentee ballot. The moment of truth arrived when Obozo's name appeared. I checked the box.----purely selfish I admit. I suspect to be gone in a decade or so, and realize I need every benefit possible to survive a bit longer. With Romney my idealization of anarchy came home to roost. If I had any philosophical respect, I should be ashamed of myself.
karmanot, I know of only one person who succeeded in no-voting the presidential race out of sheer principle... and she lives with me. I voted for him, as I have voted for many people over the years, purely strategically. Ashamed of ourselves? Hardly. If Dog had meant for (wo)man to vote, She'd have given us good candidates!
