Steve is a foot shorter

That is, he is short one foot.  He had surgery today, and he was back in his room doing well according to a message I received at 3:19 PM.  George

    Weird w/o foot, pain tolerable. Therapy, rehab not fun and games! Worth it, though. More in a few days. I love u all!

      Steve, so glad to hear that your surgery is over and especially happy to note that your punning ability was not amputated. (Foot, foot, footsie) I had to explain that one to George.
