Two Republans who were planning to vote NO along with Democrats were simply booted when the Republan leader of the state Senate saw that Democrats, with the help of seven Republans, were going to win by one vote.
Ah, the Republan spirit... democracy inaction! or better expressed: if you can't win, cheat!
