Robert Merry at Salon tells us, in an excerpt from his (new? forthcoming?) book, Where They Stand, what Dubya's worst flaws were and presumably still are. As commenters point out, the article's list of flaws is incomplete (my inclination was to say "read the book"), but the combination of incompetence, indifference, hostile personality and uncompensated sense of privilege serves to render Bush, in the words of Helen Thomas, the "Worst. President. Ever." I concur. O'Bummer is bad, but he doesn't come close to GeeDubya... stupid‑and‑evil trumps merely evil any day.
