Between Scalia's increasing dementia and Thomas' blatant corruption, Roberts looks positively moderate.
ReplyDeleteRoberts probably realized that his legacy was going to be destroying what the ACA can be with a little work. I'm just glad his ego was big enough for him to accept the "tax" option and sustain this law.
