Okay, he's about as right-wing as they come, but he's not an insane lunatic like most of the whispered Republican candidates (or a total dimwit like Governor Goodhair, who, yes indeed, is talking about running for Preznit again). Which means that I hope he decides not to run, since anybody the Dems runs in 2016 would slaughter the nutcases.
ReplyDelete'Tux, I don't harbor the deep political disrespect for Christie that I do for most of the potential GOP candidates. But migawd, I am no lightweight, and Christie carries enough flesh to make two of me. The days when a president can be unpalatable to view on TV are, FBOW, behind us.

ReplyDeletec, I don't know. When I read that Christie was considering a presidential run, I simply went to Google Images and pulled a pic. His weight is not as evident when he wears a suit coat; his tailor does a good job of concealing his obesity.
