Cars

Two days ago, just before a planned dinner out, Stella's car refused to start. It clearly wasn't the battery, so it had to be towed to her shop. After a day's wait for parts, today I took Stella to the shop to pick up her repaired car... it was the starter... and on the way over, my car began to smell of coolant. Sure enough, despite our adding some antifreeze from the bottle I keep in the trunk, on the way to my shop, my car overheated to a point where I judged it should not be driven. So we had my car towed to my shop, where it rests until tomorrow, when I find out what the damage is and what the damages are. Just in case you wondered why I haven't been on the blog much for a couple of days... now you know.

  1. Somewhere, in some dank office, someone pushed a button that killed both your cars. It's why my appliances commit suicide within weeks of each other, I'm sure of it!
